Clubs wishing to propose a RESOLUTION at the District Conference should submit the same in writing under the signatures of Club President and Club Secretary to PDG Amu Shah at amu.shah@jemel.com. The deadline for RECEIPT for such resolutions is 31st MARCH 2008. |

| CREDENTIALS: |
Also included is the Credentials Form together with explanatory notes, the duly appointed voting delegate of a Club should bring the said form duly signed by Club President and Club Secretary and submit at the conference.
