TO THE PRESIDENTS OF ROTARY CLUBS IN D9200
The Conference Organizing Committee resolved to include a 'PROJECT FAIR' within the activities, primarily aimed at providing an opportunity to clubs to display their projects and further seek partnerships with attending delegates/clubs/districts.
Toward this goal, all D9200 clubs are hereby invited to participate in the 'Project Fair' FREE OF CHARGE; The participating clubs will be allocated space in the Friendship corner and the stalls will run for the duration of the entire conference. The participating club will be responsible to bring and organize all the relevant show case materials. You may address queries for your space booking to PDG Rtn Amu shah ( Amu.shah@jemel.com)
